Getting help

If you have questions or need help using Slate, please consult the relevant training materials and FAQ available on this website first. You also can check the Slate Knowledgebase for support provided by Slate.  

If your question is not covered in the materials provided, please reach out to the Graduate Slate Specialist in your school or division. If you’ve already contacted your Graduate Slate Specialist and still have an issue, you may email gradappadmin@wustl.edu for further support. You may expect a response within two business days or sooner, depending on the nature of your support issue. 

If you need to access data from a retired graduate admissions system, please contact your school or unit’s admissions office. 

Graduate Slate support team

The project has identified Graduate Slate Specialists and Captains to support the long-term maintenance of the system. Please contact a Graduate Slate Specialist from your school or unit with questions or immediate needs. 

Graduate Slate Specialists

Graduate Slate Specialists are the prime Slate contact for their school or division. Graduate Slate Specialists can request access for new users or additional system development from the Graduate Slate Captains. They also are responsible for training impacted or new users in their schools or units.

Graduate Slate Captains

Graduate Slate Captains are designated system administrators who will train Graduate Slate Specialists, support system integrations, and maintain Slate.
